Providing you quality caregivers is of the utmost importance to us. We want to you feel confident about who is caring for you and entering your home. Scroll below to meet some individuals.

Each caregiver at A Better Solution will be comprehensively screened and have the experience and training to provide excellent care. Caregivers also must demonstrate character qualities such as compassion, trustworthiness and reliability. 

We never want you to have a "stranger" show up at your door. Our goal is to always have a Supervisor accompany first time caregivers and provide introductions and relevant training so you can feel safe knowing you are with the caregiver chosen and equipped just for you. Caregivers receive close supervision, support, and routine reviews with each client to ensure best care practices. 

A Better Solution is fully insured for the protection of our clients.

What do you love most about caregiving?
"I love caregiving honestly. I’ve worked in hospitals and in homes and I love the 1:1 experience.  I love knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of my clients and their families."

Can you share a memorable moment with a client that made an impact on you?
“I’ve done this for 24yrs, There all good memories! Anytime someone gives me a hug or says thank you, it’s as simple as that. One time I worked with a lady in the hospital and she was bored/ I gave her my kindle to read. A couple weeks later she saw me in the mall and ran up to me, hugged and thanked me for doing that. Made my day.”

What do you love most about Caregiving? 
 "Caregiving allows me to give back to my community. Every day is something different and a chance to make a difference"

"I took care of a gentleman until the end of his life. I learned what an honor it was to assist him in his passing and his dignity during the process. It's made me a better person."

"I love getting to know the client and their family. A Better Solution has enabled me to honor several people in their day to day lives."
