Personal Care & Assistance
Need basic assistance or more, we can help! An individualized care plan will be established during our assessment and caregivers will be assigned according to your requests or needs.
Personal Care & Assistance may include things such as: 

• Bathing: shower, tub, bed bath or sponge bath
  
• Dressing
  
• Grooming: shampoo, comb/brush hair & shaving
  
• Oral care: teeth, dentures and oral hygiene
  
• Transfers: bed, toilet, chair or car
  
• Nails: clean and file
  
• Toileting: transfers, clothing management and hygiene
  
• Incontinence Care
  
• Eating assistance including feeding, fluids and proper nutrition

• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders or Medication assistance
• Reposition and body alignment/positioning
• Assistance or accompanying with walking or exercise
• Monitor prescribed exercise programs
• Range of motion exercises
• Accompany to social activities and appointments
• Fall prevention & safety consultation
• Companionship
• End of Life Care

Caregivers observe, report and document daily.  Ongoing care reviews are done by supervisors to ensure needs are being met and any needed improvements or changes are implemented.
